Pinky and the Brain

I am sure you will all be very happy to know that my luggage arrived.

The best part is that I no longer wake up to a conversation between Pinky and the Brain:

"What are we going to wear today, Brain?"
"The same thing we wear every day, Pinky."

Isn't Pinky the name of Linha's cat? Does this mean that you have been forced to share clothing with the meow-kitty? I am confused, but I guess I am now twice as glad your luggage arrived.

Does that mean you're not going to wear either your traveling clothes nor your brazilian bikini to the wedding?

I suppose I could have been sharing clothes with Pinky the cat, for all of the good it would have done me.

But yes, I was able to wear something other than my traveling clothes and Brazilian bikini to the civil ceremony. Which is a good thing, because some people showed up in prom dresses.

I think my blog is on the verge of an identity crisis. The most consistent reason new readers visit here is for the song lyrics I posted to annoying children's songs more than two years ago. Going to the Dogs

I paid two hundred dollars to put my dogs in a kennel over the weekend and they came back dirty and sick." "Um..." "The little puppy was sick." Folks, how can you say no when saying no means a puppy might get sick? I keep telling myself I am not going to say yes as many times as I did last summer. Last summer I needed a place to live, this summer I don't. Yet already I have eight assignments I couldn't say "no" to. Those big, sad, puppy dog eyes... and I haven't even seen the puppy yet.
